Sector Skill Council Framework
Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) are industry-led bodies that define occupational standards and Qualification Packs (QPs) for their respective sectors. Incredible Biz Services is affiliated with 8 SSCs and delivers training strictly aligned to their approved QPs and National Occupational Standards (NOS).
Short-Term Training (STT) Model
Across government-funded skill training schemes, our Short-Term Training programs follow the mandated theory-practical-OJT hour distribution as defined in each QP. Training is delivered by SSC-certified trainers, attendance is tracked via AEBAS biometric system, and assessment is conducted by SSC-authorized assessment agencies.
